Julia Fees has spent more than 10 years building and optimizing enterprise-level web applications and ecommerce sites. What started with a single programming class as a teenager, quickly turned into developing a scalable heterozygous gene expression calculator and graphing tool as a passion project, and ultimately resulted in pursuing an education in computer science and building a decade-long career path in tech.
Her experience with PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, and other programming tools and languages has served as a means of executing on her passion for Growth and Conversion Rate Optimization. With her career having a specific emphasis on CRO, Julia Fees has designed, developed, deployed, and analyzed over 1200 A/B and Multivariate tests across hundreds of websites. These split tests, some of which saw over 450% relative increase in conversion rate, have improved user experience for billions of website visitors.
Julia Fees also boasts nearly a decade of leadership experience working at B2B and B2C companies in the areas of health and wellness, performance marketing, and mortgage services. Her management experience includes overseeing an offshore development team as well as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and managing both in-house and remote employees. Julia promotes the personal growth of her team in order to optimize achieving company objectives.
Beyond leadership, her tactical responsibilities include monitoring technical infrastructure and developing new digital products and systems. Julia Fees has directly contributed more than $14 million in annual revenue growth through her individual contributions and project management.
Outside of work, Ms. Fees enjoys gardening, raising chickens, integrating home automation, and spending time with her family.
